Rebel Bee Play Day

When the school is over, we play

Children are naturally curious and full of ideas. Our task is to help them turn that curiosity into strength – through play, exploration, and creativity. Rebel Bee workshops develop essential life skills: from confidence and empathy to understanding money, ideas, and goals.

Through a variety of activities – from stories and games to team projects and presentations – children learn how to recognize their talents, develop them into ideas, and share those ideas with others. The workshops are tailored to different age groups, so preschoolers, school-age children, and teenagers gradually adopt the values of creativity, responsibility, and togetherness.

Our goal is for every child to leave the workshop feeling: “I can do it! My idea matters!”

Information for parents
Ongoing feedback: After each workshop, parents receive a short summary of the content and activities (via WhatsApp group or email).
Personal reflection: At the end of the workshop cycle, we prepare an individual summary for each child, highlighting their skill development and progress.
Parental involvement: We occasionally organize short presentations or exhibitions where children can showcase their ideas and achievements to their parents.
Program duration: Workshops are held twice a month, from September to June.

In the preschool years, children learn best through play and imagination. Rebel Bee workshops help them explore their ideas, learn to distinguish between small and big goals, and discover what it means to make an effort and achieve what they want. Through stories, drawing, creating, and games, children take their first steps in understanding money — saving, sharing, and giving. We nurture skills of gratitude, kindness, togetherness, and care for nature, for themselves and for others, while each child strengthens their self-confidence through small but meaningful achievements.

In the workshops for school-age children, kids learn how to turn ideas into reality. Through practical tasks and team projects, they develop logical and mathematical skills, learn about the importance of saving, smart spending, decision-making, investing, and sharing with others. We work on goals – both small and big – as well as daily responsibilities and the importance of discipline. Children develop their talents and creativity, strengthen their self-confidence by presenting their own ideas, and build a sense of togetherness and empathy through collaboration.

The workshops for high school students focus on developing entrepreneurial thinking and independence. Young participants go through the process of creating a business idea – from the initial goal, through planning and discipline, all the way to presenting it to others. They learn public speaking and communication skills, develop logical and critical thinking, and strengthen empathy and a sense of teamwork through collaboration. The program encourages authenticity, determination, and perseverance, providing young people with the tools and confidence they need for real life.

The Rebel Bee Play Day Camp lasts five days during school holidays and is designed for children aged 7 to 10. Each day is dedicated to a specific theme – from discovering talents and ideas, to creating small projects, and finally presenting them to others. Through play, children learn about goals, discipline, and the importance of teamwork, while also developing awareness about money (saving, spending, sharing), as well as a sense of community and empathy.

The camp is designed for active participation: we create, build, play, and learn through hands-on tasks, stories, and team challenges. The final days of the camp are reserved for a “mini fair of ideas” where children present their projects, strengthening their confidence and public speaking skills in a fun way.

Our goal is for children to leave the camp with knowledge, experience, and most importantly – the belief that every idea they have matters and that they can turn it into reality.
